In any case where there’s any chance that any DNA evidence could change the outcome of the trial — I think that — this is just me now — I think that the appeals process has to be slowed down and organized so that any evidence of innocence can always be presented and then acted upon Former President Bill Clinton

Ironically, former president Bill Clinton signed the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996.  This is one of the main reasons that Troy Davis wasn’t granted a new trial.  He went on to say that if there are any discrepancies involving DNA, the death penalty shouldn’t be an option.  He sat in on the proceedings and found it unusual that the lawyers didn’t bring any witnesses forward that were willing to change their testimonies.  He supported the death penalty while in office and oversaw FOUR executions.

    Hey judge Mathis have two kids by a marries man I didn’t know that he was until I had my first child by him but he did not sign their birth certificate now I been going through a lots I need a d.n.a testing and I went to different lawyers and they want help me at all please help me
